Terms of Use

Last updated 14 August 2026

Brickbots: Undeleted is a single-player game that runs entirely on your device. There is no account to close, no service to go down, and no content of yours for us to host — which keeps these terms short.

Your license to play

The game is distributed through Apple's App Store, and your purchase and use of it are governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies as the default license for apps sold on the App Store. In short, you get a personal, non-transferable license to install and play the game on Apple devices you own or control. You may not resell it, redistribute it, rent it out, or attempt to extract its assets or code for use elsewhere.

What you make

Everything you build in the game is yours, and it never leaves your device — there is no upload, no sharing service, and no cloud. We cannot see your creations, cannot back them up, and cannot restore them. Deleting the app deletes them with it, so treat your device as the only copy.

What we own

The game itself — its name, code, art, characters, music, story, and this website — remains the property of its developer. Playing the game does not transfer any of that. Screenshots and video of your own play, shared for non-commercial purposes such as reviews, streams, or showing a friend what you built, are welcome and encouraged.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is". We build it carefully and fix what we find, but we cannot promise it will be free of bugs or that it will run correctly on every device and every version of iOS. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for lost saves, lost time, or other incidental damages arising from using the game. Nothing here is intended to limit rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your own country.

Payment, refunds, and availability

Apple handles all payment and refunds — we never see your payment details and cannot issue a refund ourselves. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com. We may update the game, change its features, or stop offering it for sale; a copy you have already bought remains yours to keep and play.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
